Where do I start?

We always recommend starting out with a Discovery Consultation before signing up for any of our other courses so we can determine which of the courses is a better fit for you. It includes a Skills gap analysis, profile review (resume and LinkedIn) to determine the next best steps for you to transition into a Cybersecurity Career.

During the consultation, we may even determine steps you can make to enhance your current skills so that you may not need further training from us or any other sources.

At the end of the day if you decide to go with any of our courses, the $$$ amount you paid for the Consultation will be applied to the 10-week Switch Course or The Level Up, so you don’t loose anything by starting with the Consultation.

What is the Discovery Consultation?

The Discovery Consultation is a 1 hour private session with a leading Cyber Security Expert where, you will get to:

Review of your background, skills, coursework, and goals
Walkthrough your Resume and LinkedIn
Skills gap analysis to take you from newbie to professional
Get specific recommendations that will attract more responses your resume and/or LinkedIn profile
Cybersecurity or Data Privacy Career path definition and step by step roadmap strategy to secure a role in the industry

Get 10 weeks of CISSP-based Cybersecurity Training that prepares for not just the CISSP exam, but CISA, SecurityPlus and more. A

What is the Level Up Course?

This is for those who already have IT or Cybersecurity background but are struggling to get an interview or to get a job. We will rebrand their resume and develop a job search strategy that works. We will guide them over 4 weeks through job search and interview guidance. For more, see The Level Up Course

Do you provide financial assistance or payment plans?

We have up to 24 months payment plans offered through Paypal Pay Later

Do you provide certifications?

Yes, The Switch Course includes a Data Privacy Certification, and we get you prepared for in-demand Cybersecurity certification exams like CISSP, CISA, and SecurityPlus.

Am I guaranteed to get a job?

If you do not get a job after 3 months of Completing The Switch or Level Up Course, and you have followed every step, attended every session,
we will provide an extra month of FREE interview guidance and preparation. We will REFUND you if things still don’t work out after the extra FREE month

Will you give me a job?

When you sign up for The Level Up or The Switch Course, we will rebrand your career profile, coach you, work on your resume, LinkedIn, we will identify companies that are ideal match for you, work with you to apply for jobs that are best fitting for you, and prepare you for interviews every step of the way.

Can my partner or friend attend the consultation with me?

While we wont stop anyone from joining your call, note that the 1hr consultation is most efficient for only 1 person. In our experience 1 hr will not be sufficient to asses more than one client. So the make the best use of the time you have paid for, we recommend you ask all the questions and engage with us on a one on one basis.

The consultation is for me but can you also advise my friend/partner?

We do not offer consultations by proxy. We recommend that your friend/partner book their own consultation as no situation is the same. Your friend/partner has unique soft and hard skills that is personal to their own life and career experiences which make them great for specific careers.

Can I switch from a non-tech background??

Anyone in the process of getting a degree (juniors and seniors) or already has a degree who takes any of our courses can transition into a 6-figure role in Cybersecurity or Data Privacy?

Are there remote job opportunities in this field?

About 60-70% of Cybersecurity professionals work from home everyday. The industry is one the most stress-free high paying in the entire world.
There are lots of job opportunities that are remote. Since 2018, majority of Cybersecurity professionals have never worked in an office.

Can I get a refund?

Clients will not be refunded for:

No-Shows on a Discovery Consultation or any of our other courses
Client cancellation less than 48 hours to your consultation.

Also note that:

2 cancellations will be considered a No-show.
Level-Up and Switch Courses will not be refunded less than 1 month into the start of the Course.
